Sitting in the park, I was pondering death. Around me were colorful flowers with the fragrant scent of spring. I wore AI-equipped glasses that provided information about the objects around me. In my hand, I held a book titled “Landscape of Death,” which contained tales of grave punishments, the purgatory world, and hell. I intended to remove my glasses and open the book when suddenly a honeybee landed on my hand.

With the glasses, I could see the honeybee very closely. The honeybee was saying something. I had downloaded an artificial intelligence app that allowed me to understand and converse with animals and insects. The honeybee told me, “Throw away the book you’re holding.” I set the book aside on the bench, and the bee said:

“Do you have a moment to talk for about ten minutes?”

I replied that I did have time, but the charge on my glasses was low, so we might only be able to talk for a few minutes. If the battery died, I might not understand what it was saying.

It said, “Look: I am a honeybee. My lifespan is only forty days. During these forty days, I am tasked with visiting over a thousand flowers and producing honey throughout these days…
