The tags and topics are same in the eyes of Medium editors. I didn't claim that they distribute it based on the writers tags, but based on the the tags/topics they choose. But since tags and topics are different in the eyes of writers,, I just inserted another story below this sentence to differentiate between the two. Thanks for pointing out. :)
