The Abacus was created in antiquity, and classical computing has a long and colorful past. The capabilities of traditional computers increased along with technology, which prompted the creation of the first electronic computer in the 1940s. But even while traditional computers have shown to be tremendously strong and adaptable, they are constrained by several basic ideas.

Quantum computing is a revolutionary new technique that exploits the properties of subatomic particles to perform calculations at rates and with power many times greater than that of traditional computers.

This emerging field has the ability to transform whole sectors and offer solutions to issues that were previously deemed intractable.
