Introduction

This article might change your mindset from “I wish I had enough time” to “What the hell I’ve to do in this much spare time?” After reading, you might say this: “OMG, I didn’t know we can have this much extra time in 24 hours.”

I’m not interested in advising you not to check your email late at night to spare some time. I’m telling you to check your emails and still have more free time for tens of other things. It’s neither about saying ‘no’ to people, to spare some time for yourself, nor about asking others for help. It’s about sparing time for yourself despite saying ‘yes’ to people — despite having a very tight schedule.

In 1904, the New York Times reported that we wouldn’t be able to drive over 80 miles per hour. Where are we now? Elon Musk’s Hyperloop will speed at a rate of 700 miles per hour. How did this happen?
